Carriers & Transit Times Orders are processed and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Standard transit times typically range from 2–5 business days depending on your destination within the United States.

Tracking & Confirmation Tracking information will be emailed to you automatically as soon as your shipping label is generated and your package is prepared for dispatch.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Energy & Balance Massage Oils is not responsible for packages misdelivered or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Once a package is scanned and accepted by USPS, liability for transit transfers to the carrier.
