3. Sales, Billing, and Returns
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. As outlined in our checkout and store policies, due to the strict hygienic and safety nature of topical cosmetic oils, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on opened or unopened items once fulfilled. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Energy & Balance Massage Oils (and its founder, practitioners, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product purchased on this site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product.
