If you need to cancel an appointment with your therapist, please call at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to avoid being charged for the session cost. If you arrive late, you are welcome to use the remaining time of your session; however, please note that your therapist may have appointments booked immediately afterward and may be unable to extend your session beyond the scheduled time.

Massage therapy is not one-size-fits-all; each client’s experience is unique. Some feel relief immediately, others later, and chronic issues may need multiple tailored sessions for lasting results. At Energy And Balance, massages are customized to your needs with open dialogue to align treatment with your goals. We offer flexible options, including single sessions, series packages, and a monthly membership to support your wellness. Invest in personalized care that adapts to you and transforms your well-being.

The Structural Reset is not a routine massage; it is a strategic intervention.
While standard treatments often focus on temporary relaxation, we focus on mechanical correction. We don't just soothe the pain; we address the root cause.
60 Minutes (Targeted Work): Ideal for acute injury management or focused maintenance on a specific problem area.
90 Minutes (The Standard): The necessary time frame for a full Structural Reset. This allows us to deconstruct chronic patterns, treat the full kinetic chain, and ensure lasting results.
We do not sell "time slots." We sell mobility, performance, and relief.

In massage therapy, contraindications are specific medical conditions or factors that restrict the types of treatments a client can safely receive. When a person is feeling sick or unwell, massage may actually exacerbate symptoms or prolong recovery, which is why Eric strongly advises against scheduling sessions during illness. Additionally, certain medical conditions may limit or alter the approach a therapist can take, depending on their professional judgment. For these reasons, it’s crucial for every client to discuss any health concerns and inquire about potential contraindications before booking a massage appointment, ensuring the safest and most effective treatment possible.

Eric kindly reminds clients to shower shortly before their massage, at home, even if they have already showered earlier that day. Clients are also welcome to use the Eucalyptus steam room either before or after their massage therapy session for added relaxation. First-time clients are encouraged to arrive 15- 20 minutes prior to their appointment to complete a brief health profile and perform assessments.

Dress as if you’re going to the gym—comfortable, easy-to-move-in attire that helps you transition smoothly into your massage session. Throughout the massage, practitioners use a precise draping technique with a sheet, uncovering only the specific areas being worked on to maintain your comfort and modesty. If it makes you feel more at ease, clients are encouraged to wear underwear under their robes. This approach ensures a relaxing and personalized experience, fully tailored to your individual comfort level.
